The Marinduquenos of the Eastern Seaboard of America is a non-profit organization founded in 1983 for the purpose of uniting Marinduquenos in the East Coast in order to promote our culture and traditions to the diverse ethnic group of Americans.
A Scholarship Program overwhelmingly supported and approved by the newly elected Board of Directors. The founding fathers believed that a college education is the foundation for a successful career, hence MESA's successful Scholarship Grant for Marinduquenos offered at the Marinduque State College.
The emergence of the Information Superhighway i.e. the Internet, our website provides a convenient and unexpensive way of providing information to the membership and to anyone who wants to know who we are.
We realize that a new role has evolved - a passion and a legacy to pass onto the next generation of Marinduquenos. |
